SyncO Terms of Service

1. Service Provider

SyncO is provided by Downlabs ("we", "us", "our"). Support: support@sync0.dev.

2. Eligibility and Account

• You must be at least the minimum legal age in your country to use SyncO.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.

3. What SyncO Provides

SyncO includes AI chat, voice features, image generation, deep research, and connected-app automation.

Some features rely on third-party services such as model providers, web research providers, ads SDKs, billing providers, and connected app infrastructure.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid plans are offered through Google Play subscriptions.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in Google Play.
• You can manage, cancel, or change plans from your Google Play account settings.
• Pricing, taxes, and billing rules are handled by Google Play according to its policies.
• Refund requests are processed under Google Play refund policy and regional law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SyncO to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Abuse, disrupt, probe, or overload the service or integrated providers.
• Upload or transmit malware, malicious code, or deceptive content.
• Generate or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

6. User Content and Responsibility

• You retain ownership of content you submit to SyncO.
• You grant us a limited license to process your content only to provide and improve the service.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to submit any data you provide.

7. AI Output Disclaimer

• AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
• You must review outputs before relying on them for legal, financial, medical, or safety-critical decisions.
• Do not treat AI responses as professional advice.

8. Third-Party Services

SyncO uses third-party providers (for example Supabase, Google Play, Google Mobile Ads, Groq or compatible providers, MiniMax, Exa, and Composio). Your use of related features may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies.

9. BYOK Features

If you enable BYOK, you are responsible for your own provider credentials, usage costs, and compliance with your provider terms. We are not responsible for third-party provider charges, downtime, or policy actions on BYOK accounts.

10. Suspension and Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service.
• You may stop using the service at any time.
• Termination does not remove obligations that should survive (for example payment or legal claims).

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

SyncO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Downlabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from use of SyncO.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Downlabs from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of SyncO, your content, or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify SyncO or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the service operator is established, except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
